Britt Fuller had a successful career in finance. She was confident and capable — until perimenopause stopped her in her tracks. Like many women, she was completely unprepared. Good information was hard to find, and getting answers took far too long.
So she did what she has always done — she researched her way to the answers.
That journey led Britt to train as a Holistic Perimenopause and Menopause Practitioner. She learned how mindset, nutrition, and movement can work together to make a real difference during this stage of life. She believes that while medication has its place, women themselves can have the biggest impact on how they feel day to day — with the right support.
